This is Adam Adamowicz. He was a video game concept artist who worked for Bethesda studios and was responsible for a lot of the designs behind Fallout 3 and Skyrim. I put some of his art up here with his picture.

He died a few days ago from cancer. I just wanna pay my respects to someone who designed by far the two coolest games I’ve ever played in my life. You’ll be missed, Mr. Adamowicz. Go to his blog and you can see more sketches and posts he made before he went into the hospital.
